What is our experience handling government law issues?

We have been practicing government law for over thirty years; and we know how to work with all types of State and Local government agencies. Mr. Seligmann has served as a City Attorney for most of those thirty years, and has handled cases involving Caltrans and other State agencies, as well numerous cities, counties and local agencies. During his years of practice, Mr. Seligmann has also been active in a number of organizations dedicated to advancing the practice of government law, and is a former Chair of the Executive Committee of the Public Law Section of the State Bar. He has been a lecturer on such topics as government tort litigation, subdivision law and public ethics; and he has served as a consultant and reviewer on a number of legal publications involving the practice of government law, including the California Municipal Law Handbook, and California Land Use Practice.
