Land Use

There is a common perception that one’s land is yours to do with as you see fit. However, in modern society, zoning regulations and environmental concerns often place significant limitations on the use of our property. At their best, such land use restrictions can enhance the value of everyone’s land by ensuring that one property owner respects the rights of those around them. However, implementing and complying with these regulations can often be trying for both the implementing government agency and the regulated property owner. In these situations, it is best to consult an experienced Land Use attorney.
